Ensure smooth and secure operation of all IT systems We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented IT Administrator to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, networks, and security systems while providing technical support to users. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to ensure the smooth and secure operation of all IT systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems. * Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network\-related issues. * Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365\. * Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation. * Maintain data backup procedures and support disaster recovery planning. * Coordinate with vendors for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and services. * Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices. * Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support activities. * Support software updates, system upgrades, and security patch management. * Assist in implementing and maintaining network and information security measures. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar technical support role. * Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Experience with networking concepts, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Familiarity with IT security practices and data backup/recovery procedures is an advantage.
