Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems **Job Title: IT Support Specialist** **Company: Japainfocell LLC WU** **Location: Al Wakrah, Qatar** **Position Summary:** Japainfocell LLC WU is seeking a skilled and customer\-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Al Wakrah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first and second\-level technical support to end\-users for hardware, software, and network\-related issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems in a timely manner. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across company systems. * Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and backup systems. * Assist in the setup and deployment of new devices and software. * Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures for internal use. * Ensure data security, system updates, and antivirus protection are up to date. * Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support when necessary. * Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role. * Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS environments and Microsoft Office 365\. * Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and IT security principles. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Previous experience in a corporate or telecom\-related environment is an advantage. **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Service Desk tools). * Experience with cloud services and backup solutions. * Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus. **Work Environment:** Office\-based role in Al Wakrah with occasional on\-site support across departments. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
