Opportunities for career growth and skill development. **IT Support Specialist** **Company:** Iam Kazi Rafat LLC **Location:** Al Rayyan, Qatar **Position Overview** Iam Kazi Rafat LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable **IT Support Specialist** to provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day technology operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and maintaining network and system stability. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network\-related issues * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment * Troubleshoot system, application, and network problems in a timely manner * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls * Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, and servers * Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks * Assist in setting up new workstations and IT equipment * Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures * Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary * Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed across the organization **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking * Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance * Understanding of cybersecurity principles is an advantage * Good problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks * Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Active Directory or similar user management systems * Knowledge of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) * Basic server administration experience * IT certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or equivalent **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Professional and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and skill development * Exposure to modern IT systems and infrastructure نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
