Exposure to modern technologies and systems **Job Title: IT Support Specialist** **Company:** Xilzep LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary** Xilzep LLC is seeking a skilled and customer\-focused **IT Support Specialist** to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support end\-users, and maintain system performance to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. * Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality. * Support network connectivity, email systems, and office applications. * Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions. * Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when needed. * Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies. * Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and common business applications. * Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches). * Excellent problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests. * Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services. * Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A\+, Network\+) are an advantage. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a dynamic IT environment * Career growth and professional development opportunities * Exposure to modern technologies and systems * Supportive and collaborative workplace culture Pay: Up to QAR630,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
