Hands-on leadership with strong technical knowledge **Maintenance Foreman** **ABC Fitout \& Repairs** **Location:** Al Rayyan Al Qadeem St, Doha, Qatar **Salary:** **QAR 14,000 per month** Job Summary ABC Fitout \& Repairs is seeking an experienced and proactive **Maintenance Foreman** to lead our maintenance team in Doha. The successful candidate will supervise daily maintenance activities, coordinate technicians and tradespeople, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high\-quality standards across commercial and residential fit\-out and repair projects. This role is ideal for a hands\-on leader with strong technical knowledge and excellent team management skills. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians and skilled trades personnel. * Plan, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications. * Diagnose maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, masonry, and general building systems. * Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions. * Ensure all maintenance work complies with Qatar health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance materials, and coordinate procurement when necessary. * Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals. * Prepare daily work reports, maintenance logs, and progress updates for management. * Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper work procedures and safety practices. * Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and oversee urgent repairs. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications * Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related field. * Minimum of **5 years of maintenance experience**, including at least **2 years in a supervisory or foreman role**. * Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, fit\-out works, and facility operations. * Experience supervising multi\-skilled maintenance teams. * Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
