Lead, mentor, and develop the network infrastructure team **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Director to lead the design, implementation, security, and operation of our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a proven ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure network solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute network infrastructure strategies and standards. * Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise networks. * Ensure network security, performance, availability, and disaster recovery readiness. * Manage infrastructure projects, budgets, vendors, and service providers. * Lead, mentor, and develop the network infrastructure team. * Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to support organizational goals. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 8\+ years of network infrastructure experience, including 3\+ years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD\-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking, and cybersecurity. * Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar enterprise networking technologies. * Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred. * Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and problem\-solving skills.
