Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts **Job Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic eye, advanced technical knowledge, and exceptional expertise in photo editing and image retouching. This role requires someone who can manage end\-to\-end photography projects—from concept development and shooting to post\-production and final delivery—while maintaining high\-quality visual standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, shoot, and deliver high\-quality photographs across various categories (e.g., events, products, corporate, lifestyle, food, or architecture). * Collaborate with marketing, creative, and design teams to develop visual concepts aligned with brand identity. * Set up and manage lighting, composition, backgrounds, and camera settings for optimal results. * Perform advanced image editing, retouching, and “cleaning” (removal of imperfections, color correction, background enhancement, object removal, skin retouching, etc.). * Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all visual outputs. * Manage and organize digital assets, including file naming, archiving, and backups. * Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Maintain and care for photography equipment and studio setup. * Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in photography and editing. * Direct subjects (models, products, or environments) to achieve desired results. **Required Qualifications** * Minimum **5 years of proven professional experience** in photography. * Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work (e.g., commercial, product, lifestyle, or event photography). * Expert\-level proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. * Advanced knowledge of retouching, color grading, and image manipulation techniques. * Strong understanding of lighting (studio and natural), composition, and camera equipment. * Experience with different types of cameras, lenses, and photography gear. * Excellent attention to detail, especially in image “cleaning” and finishing. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong time management and organizational skills. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in videography and basic video editing is a plus. * Knowledge of branding and content creation for social media platforms. * Familiarity with studio setup and production workflows. * Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative visual ideas. **Key Competencies** * Creativity \& Visual Storytelling * Technical Expertise * Attention to Detail * Communication \& Collaboration * Problem Solving * Adaptability Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month Work Location: In person
