Build and maintain strong client relationships **Job Summary** We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge with sales expertise to promote products and solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. **Key Responsibilities Business Development** * Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and markets. * Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. * Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. **Sales \& Technical Support** * Present products, services, and technical solutions to clients. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. * Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met. * Provide technical clarifications and support during the sales process. * Participate in project handovers and customer meetings when required. **Account Management** * Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. * Follow up on quotations, proposals, and ongoing opportunities. * Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements. * Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the finance department. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities. **Reporting** * Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts. * Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs. * Update CRM systems and maintain sales documentation. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline) or Business Administration with relevant technical sales experience. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or business development. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. * Strong understanding of technical products, solutions, and project sales. * Experience in the Qatar market is highly preferred. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build long\-term customer relationships. * Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. * Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred. * Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa (preferred). **Preferred Skills** * Technical Sales * Business Development * B2B Sales * Tendering \& Proposal Preparation * Contract Negotiation * Key Account Management * Customer Relationship Management (CRM) * Market Research \& Analysis * Project Coordination * Revenue Growth Strategy Benefits * Competitive Salary: QAR 7,000 – 9,000 per month * Performance\-based incentives/commission Pay: QAR7,000\.00 \- QAR9,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
