Support marketing initiatives and client retention **Salon Supervisor** **Antique Beauty Salon** **Location:** Al Kinana St, Al Sadd, Doha, Qatar **Salary:** **QAR 14,500 per month** Job Summary Antique Beauty Salon is looking for an experienced and customer\-focused **Salon Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of our salon in Doha. The successful candidate will lead a team of beauty professionals, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism, and support the salon's business growth. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with experience in salon management and a passion for the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities * Supervise the daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Lead, coach, and motivate hairstylists, beauticians, nail technicians, and reception staff. * Schedule employee shifts and manage staff attendance. * Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve client concerns or complaints. * Monitor appointment bookings and optimize salon scheduling. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the salon. * Oversee inventory levels, order beauty products and salon supplies, and coordinate with vendors. * Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar health and safety regulations. * Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting salon services, retail products, and special promotions. * Train new employees on salon procedures, customer service standards, and operational policies. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports. * Support marketing initiatives and customer loyalty programs to increase client retention. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Beauty Management, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** in a supervisory or management role within a beauty salon or spa. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. * Experience with salon booking software and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and multitasking skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
