The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across projects, and supporting operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor day\-to\-day FM operations and maintenance activities * Support operational planning, scheduling, and resource allocation * Coordinate with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements * Prepare operational reports, documentation, and performance updates * Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring timely completion of tasks * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality procedures **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in relevant field * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management (FM) * Strong operational coordination and team management skills * Good communication and problem\-solving abilities * Proficient in preparing reports and operational documentation * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks * Preferably available for immediate joining Pay: From QAR1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a valid QID? * Can you join immediately? * What is your expected salary? * What's your nationality?
