This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting business\-critical technology environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, maintaining network and server operations, and supporting end users across the organization. We are looking for a technically capable and detail\-oriented professional with strong problem\-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and operational excellence. **What You'll Do** * Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, and business\-critical applications * Monitor system performance, availability, and security across IT environments * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system\-related issues * Perform user account administration, access management, and system configuration tasks * Support system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure maintenance activities * Maintain backups, disaster recovery processes, and system documentation * Assist with network administration and connectivity troubleshooting * Monitor system alerts and proactively resolve performance issues * Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and operational procedures * Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on support and maintenance activities * Provide technical assistance and guidance to end users when required * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to IT operations and infrastructure management **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, network administration, or infrastructure support * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and business systems * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network\-related issues * Familiarity with virtualization technologies, backup solutions, and security best practices * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently * Experience with cloud platforms, networking technologies, or cybersecurity practices is an advantage * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field preferred **Why Work With Us** At WaveQ Network Solutions, we believe reliable technology infrastructure is essential to business success.
