Develop, update, and maintain course materials, presentations, lab exercises, and assessments. Provide hands\-on demonstrations, coaching, and support during practical exercises. Evaluate learner performance, provide feedback, and adjust instruction as needed. Work with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and management to align training with business needs. Maintain current technical knowledge through workshops, certifications, and professional development. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field. Experience in training, teaching, or technical instruction. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create training materials and use relevant software or technical tools.
