Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance practices **COMPANY NAME: IGA LA** **LOCATION:** Doha, Al Sadd, Business Row C **POSITION:** Corporate Risk Compliance Lead **Salary:** QAR 21,500 per month Job Description IGA LA is looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Corporate Risk Compliance Lead** to oversee compliance operations, risk management strategies, and corporate governance practices within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the company complies with legal regulations, internal policies, and industry standards while minimizing operational and financial risks. Responsibilities * Develop and implement corporate risk and compliance policies * Monitor business operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards * Conduct risk assessments, internal reviews, and compliance audits * Identify potential operational, financial, and legal risks and recommend corrective actions * Prepare compliance and risk management reports for senior management * Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and operational departments regarding compliance matters * Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of compliance records * Lead compliance training and awareness programs for employees * Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company policies remain aligned with legal requirements * Support management in strengthening internal controls and corporate governance practices Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or related field * Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or corporate governance * Strong knowledge of corporate compliance frameworks and risk assessment procedures * Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and internal controls * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * Strong communication, leadership, and report\-writing abilities * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems * Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit are an advantage * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Pay: Up to QAR21,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
