We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to provide administrative, clerical, and customer support services across our organization. What You'll Do * Provide administrative and clerical support to management and team members. * Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally. * Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars. * Prepare, organize, and maintain records, files, and documentation. * Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management. * Support student, client, and visitor inquiries. * Coordinate office activities and administrative processes. * Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and forms. * Maintain office supplies and support general office operations. * Assist with admissions, enrollment, and educational service documentation. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow. * Support special projects and administrative initiatives as required. Requirements * Experience in administration, office support, customer service, reception, or related roles. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Professional and customer\-focused attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience within education, training, consulting, or service\-based organizations is beneficial but not required. * Diploma, degree, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
