We are currently looking for a detail\-oriented and highly organized **Data Entry Clerk** to join our team and help maintain the integrity of our shipping data. **Role Overview:** As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring that all shipping, freight, and client data is recorded accurately and efficiently. You will handle important documentation, such as Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and customs declarations. The ideal candidate is a fast typist with an eagle eye for detail who thrives in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Accurately input and update data regarding shipments, cargo tracking, and freight details into our company databases and ERP systems. * Process and verify important shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), delivery orders, and customs documentation. * Cross\-check data for errors or discrepancies and resolve any inconsistencies immediately. * Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all shipping records. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shipment statuses and operational data for management. * Respond to internal data inquiries and assist the operations and customer service teams with retrieving information. * Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all company and client data. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus. * Minimum of 1\-2 years of proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role (experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics is highly preferred). * Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40\-50 words per minute). * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly **MS Excel**, Word, and Outlook. * Familiarity with shipping/logistics software or ERP systems is a strong advantage. * Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy. * Good command of the English language (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily deadlines. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary tailored to your experience. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Annual paid leave and return flight tickets. * A supportive and professional work environment in a growing company.
