Ensure consistent service quality and excellent guest experiences We are seeking a proactive and experienced Food \& Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our restaurant, pop\-up events and kiosk outlets. This role requires a hands\-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can ensure smooth service across multiple concepts. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant, kiosks and pop\-up events * Ensure consistent service quality and excellent guest experience across all outlets * Lead, train and motivate the service team * Coordinate staffing and scheduling based on operational needs * Manage inventory, stock control and ordering * Oversee event setup, execution and breakdown for pop\-ups * Maintain hygiene, safety and brand standards at all times * Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an F\&B Supervisor in a restaurant environment * Experience managing pop\-up events and kiosk operations is essential * Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and work in fast\-paced, high\-volume settings * Flexible schedule, including weekends and event hours
