Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training. **Job Summary: Responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE Policy, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment** ***Main Duties and Responsibilities:*** **1\)** Conduct routine HSE inspections, risk assessments, and workplace safety audits for facility management activities. **2\)** Monitor compliance with HSE policies, PTW (Permit to Work), PPE requirements, and emergencyprocedures; investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. **3\)** Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training while maintaining HSE records and preparing monthly reports. ***Minor Duties and Responsibilities:*** **1\)** Assist in emergency drills, fire safety inspections, and first aid coordination. **2\)** Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with client HSE requirements. **3\)** Support continual improvement initiatives and perform other HSE\-related duties assigned bythe HSE Manager ***Qualifications:*** **Academic/Professional Degree:** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) **Years of Experience:** Minimum 02 years of experience as an HSE Officer **Skills (Hard and Soft):** **1\)** Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Risk Assessment, PTW, Incident Investigation, and Qatar HSE regulations. **2\)** Good communication, report writing, and computer skills (MS Office). **3\)** Strong leadership, problem\-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.
