We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for a leading company in Qatar operating in the Water Treatment / Utilities sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and operational needs * Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and contract administration * Ensure timely procurement of chemicals, equipment, spare parts, and services * Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships * Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards * Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams for planning and budgeting * Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, company policies, and HSE standards * Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation * Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies **Skills and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * 7–10 years of procurement experience * Preferably from water treatment, utilities, or industrial sectors * Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations * Familiarity with Qatar market suppliers and regulations * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office * Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
