Summary: Seeking an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to manage projects from execution to handover, overseeing delivery, coordination, and compliance. Highlights: 1. Manage day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects at client sites. 2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. 3. Ensure quality, cost control, and HSE compliance for timely completion. **JOB SUMMARY** We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit\-Out to manage and oversee fit\-out projects from execution through completion and handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery, client coordination, manpower and subcontractor management, quality, cost control, HSE compliance, and timely completion. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the day\-to\-day execution of interior fit\-out projects at client sites. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, resources, and overall progress. * Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, scope, and project requirements. * Manage site supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. * Monitor project budgets, costs, progress claims, and contractor invoices. * Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions. * Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. * Ensure HSE requirements, permits, and site safety procedures are strictly followed. * Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management and clients. * Attend client and project coordination meetings and provide technical/operational updates. * Coordinate snagging, testing, commissioning, completion, and final handover. * Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, permits, reports, and site records. * Maintain strong client relationships and support additional project opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS** * 8–10 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit\-Out, Construction, Facility Management, or Maintenance Projects. * Strong and proven experience in Project Management. * Experience managing projects in Qatar or the GCC. * Proven experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, site supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams. * Strong knowledge of commercial offices, hospitality, retail, residential, and mixed\-use fit\-out projects. * Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, project schedules, and site execution. * Strong project planning, coordination, problem\-solving, and cost\-control skills. * Excellent client and stakeholder management skills. * Good knowledge of HSE and quality requirements. * Strong communication and reporting skills. * Good command of English. * Qatar/GCC experience is highly preferred.
