Coordinate with project teams on quality-related matters **Job Title**: QA/QC Engineer **Location**: Doha, Qatar **Job Type**: Temporary \| 5 Months **Job Description**: We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced **QA/QC Engineer** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, monitoring compliance with approved procedures and specifications, and ensuring that all works meet the required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation. * Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. * Prepare and review **Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, checklists, and quality reports**. * Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on quality\-related matters. * Identify quality issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. * Monitor and follow up on **Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs)** and ensure timely closure. * Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, approvals, and quality documentation. * Conduct material inspections and verify materials against approved specifications and documentation. * Ensure that testing and inspection activities are properly planned, conducted, and documented. * Monitor subcontractor and supplier compliance with project quality requirements. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong quality culture across the project. * Ensure compliance with applicable **ISO standards, project specifications, HSE requirements, and relevant local regulations**. **Requirements** * Degree in **Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering**, or a related discipline. * **3 years of relevant QA/QC experience**, preferably in construction. * Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and quality documentation. * Experience with ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, material approvals, and inspection requests. * Familiarity with **ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems** is preferred. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/project documentation systems. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
