Develop preventive maintenance and quality improvement procedures Job Application – Quality Control for Maintenance **Position:** Quality Control – Maintenance We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Quality Control – Maintenance** professional to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities * Inspect and monitor maintenance works to ensure quality standards are met. * Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and completed maintenance activities. * Identify defects, maintenance issues, and areas requiring corrective action. * Ensure maintenance works comply with approved procedures, specifications, and safety standards. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality control reports. * Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections, repairs, and corrective actions. * Coordinate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and management to resolve quality issues. * Follow up on pending maintenance works and ensure timely completion. * Verify that materials, spare parts, and equipment used for maintenance meet the required standards. * Conduct follow\-up inspections after repairs or corrective actions. * Assist in developing preventive maintenance and quality improvement procedures. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. * Report recurring maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions. Qualifications \& Requirements * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in maintenance quality control, facilities management, or a related field. * Technical knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. * Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and maintenance standards. * Ability to inspect, identify, and report maintenance defects. * Good documentation and report\-writing skills. * Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly **Word and Excel**. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Good problem\-solving and analytical abilities. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good time management and organizational skills. * Flexible and capable of handling multiple maintenance requirements. * Knowledge of **Qatar safety regulations and maintenance requirements** is an advantage.
