Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Restaurant Manager** to lead the operations of our prestigious fine\-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the daily operations of the restaurant. * Oversee administrative tasks and operational procedures. * Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and a premium dining experience. * Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, corporate clients, and business partners. * Lead, train, motivate, and supervise both front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house teams. * Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards. * Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control. * Prepare and monitor budgets, sales, and financial reports. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. * Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. **Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in restaurant management (fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred). * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proven ability to manage restaurant operations independently. * Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). **Preferred Qualifications** * Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software. **Benefits** * Annual leave as per Qatar Labour Law. * Company\-provided accommodation and transportation. * Career growth opportunities. * Supportive and professional work environment. **Application Instructions** Interested candidates are requested to send their CV **via WhatsApp only** to: **7085 0997** **Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.** Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
