Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence **Job Summary:** We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving company targets. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the FMCG sector, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of driving sales growth and market expansion. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of the Qatar FMCG market, modern trade, and traditional trade channels. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and target achievement. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems. * Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective market coverage. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retailers. * Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. * Monitor competitor activities and market trends. * Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching to sales representatives. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. * Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. * Ensure proper execution of promotions, product launches, and merchandising standards. * Implement company sales policies and procedures. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and incentives. * Career growth opportunities. * Professional work environment. * Additional benefits as per company policy.
