Lead distributed teams and manage vendor contracts across multiple locations **Job Brief:** We are seeking an adaptable **Soft Services In Charge** to oversee non\-technical facility operations across our entire portfolio of diverse locations, which includes retail malls, corporate offices, and other commercial sites. You will standardize and manage housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and facade cleaning across all properties. Because our portfolio includes high\-footfall retail assets, direct prior experience managing mall environments is mandatory to ensure our public\-facing spaces maintain world\-class standards. **Job Description:** * **Standardize site operations:** Oversee daily cleaning, waste management, and pest control across a multi\-site portfolio (malls, offices, etc.). * **Adapt to site dynamics:** Tailor soft services strategies to fit both high\-traffic public retail malls and quiet corporate corporate environments. * **Manage vendor contracts:** Supervise third\-party service providers, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs across all locations. * **Optimize footfall logistics:** Apply mall\-honed crowd and spill\-management techniques to optimize cleaning schedules during peak operational hours. * **Lead distributed teams:** Manage, train, and schedule localized supervisors and frontline cleaning staff across multiple geographical sites. * **Control multi\-site budgets:** Track and allocate operational expenses for cleaning chemicals, machinery, and consumables across all properties. * **Audit service quality:** Conduct regular, structured site inspections to guarantee uniform hygiene, safety, and aesthetic standards. **Job Requirements:** * **Mall experience (Mandatory):** Minimum 3–5 years of soft services leadership experience within a major retail mall or shopping center environment. * **Multi\-site management:** Proven track record of successfully overseeing soft services across multiple properties simultaneously. * **Contractor oversight:** Strong experience in managing outsourced vendors and holding them accountable to strict service level agreements. * **Industry knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of chemical safety, color\-coding, and international cleaning standards (e.g., BICSc guidelines). * **Flexibility \& mobility:** Ability to travel frequently between different site locations to audit operations and meet with site team leaders. * **Communication skills:** Professional English communication skills to liaise with mall tenants, corporate clients, and upper management. * **Crisis response:** Expert ability to handle rapid\-response situations, high\-occupancy cleaning challenges, and public safety hazards.
