Summary: The Senior Supervisor (Camp Services) is responsible for regulating all camps and related services within the industrial city, ensuring worker welfare through QatarEnergy camp regulations and standards. Highlights: 1. Oversee and regulate camp services for worker welfare in an industrial city. 2. Develop mechanisms to ensure worker welfare, morale, and prevent unrest. 3. Implement operational management systems for camp compliance. Primary Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Head of Site Services, the Senior Supervisor (Camp Services) is responsible for regulating all camps and the related services provided to workers of projects who are residing inside the industrial city; this includes living quarters, general recreational facilities \& events, commercial outlets, religious venues, temporary site facilities which are linked to services extended from camps catering and non\-catering businesses inside accommodation sites and its subcontractors who are working and/or living inside the boundaries of the industrial city, thus ensuring workers' welfare through their application and execution of QatarEnergy camp regulations and standards. This requires developing a reliable and effective mechanism and systems to ensure the workers' welfare such as and not limited to recreational \& sport activities, living conditions inside camp and associated services are properly planned, executed, monitored and controlled to enhance the workers morale and avoid workers unrest incidents. To develop an operational management \& communication systems for Camps to monitor and ensure compliance with QatarEnergy regulations, standards, specifications, guidelines and other requirements by the end users, EPC contractors for services Required Experience and Skills: * At least 12\-15 years of experience in large scale camps management in Industrial Cities (preferably in labour camps). * Excellent command of English and Arabic * Professional Knowledge of HSSE * Holder of a valid Qatari Driving License. * Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Office applications — particularly MS Word and Excel. * Strong managerial traits, communication, organization and problem\-solving skills, excellent report writing abilities and technical studies preparation. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Administration or Commerce or any equivalent from a recognized university.
