Key Responsibilities * Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects * Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports * Ensure compliance with international building codes and local Qatar regulations * Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams * Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction * Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and materials * Identify and resolve structural design issues during project execution * Support value engineering and design optimization efforts Skills * Structural analysis and design (steel, concrete, and composite structures) * Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar) * Knowledge of international building codes (ACI, AISC, Eurocode) * Revit or BIM coordination skills * Strong understanding of load calculations and structural behavior * Site supervision and construction knowledge * Problem\-solving and critical thinking * Technical reporting and documentation * Coordination with multidisciplinary teams * Attention to detail and accuracy in design work Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering * Relevant experience in structural design or construction projects * Strong technical understanding of structural principles * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication and coordination skills * Experience in Gulf or international projects is an advantage but not required Salary \& Benefits * Competitive tax\-free salary based on experience * Overtime eligibility (project\-based, if applicable) * Accommodation or housing allowance (based on company policy) * Transportation support or allowance * Medical insurance coverage * Paid annual leave with return ticket (as per policy) * Stable full\-time employment with long\-term project opportunities Schedule * Full\-time position * Standard site/office working hours (may vary based on project needs) * Occasional site visits and coordination meetings About the Company Karivena Brahmanasatram Engineering is involved in delivering structural and civil engineering solutions for projects in Qatar.
