Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Supply Chain Coordinator** to join our Doha office. The successful candidate will oversee supply chain processes, coordinate shipments, and ensure smooth operations between suppliers, warehouses, and clients. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills and a passion for supply chain management. Key Responsibilities * **Shipment coordination**: Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments. * **Inventory management**: Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. * **Vendor communication**: Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and clients. * **Documentation**: Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and compliance records. * **Problem resolution**: Address delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues. * **Compliance checks**: Ensure adherence to Qatari customs and company policies. * **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and performance reports to management. Qualifications * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics coordination. * Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure. * Knowledge of Qatari customs regulations is an advantage.
