Summary: Seeking a Traffic Supervisor to manage road opening permits, traffic-related submissions, and ensure compliance with traffic management plans and road safety standards. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with road safety standards and traffic plans **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in road maintenance, traffic management, or related infrastructure projects. * Strong knowledge of traffic management principles, road safety requirements, and traffic diversion implementation. * Experience coordinating with relevant authorities including **Ashghal**, **MOI**, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals through QPRO. * Experience in managing and tracking road opening permit submissions and approvals. * Ability to prepare technical reports, progress reports, and traffic\-related documentation. * Good understanding of Road Safety Audit (RSA) guidelines and traffic control standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Arabic Speaking Candidates is a Must **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to secure required permits and approvals. * Manage road opening permits and traffic\-related submissions. * Monitor traffic diversion activities and site traffic management operations. * Ensure compliance with approved traffic management plans and road safety standards. * Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of traffic management activities. * Conduct site inspections and support compliance audits. * Ensure smooth traffic flow in accordance with approved Traffic Detour Plans (TDPs). * Monitor the proper and safe installation of traffic management equipment, signs, and barriers. * Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved traffic management plans. * Assist in compliance reviews and ensure adherence to project and regulatory requirements. * Ability to address technical comments and follow up on authority requirements.
