Summary: This role involves providing exceptional guest service, accurately taking orders, and maintaining dining area cleanliness in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with team to maintain smooth service and resolve concerns. **Employment Type:** Full\-Time / Part\-Time **Nationality Preference:** Female candidates preferred **Language Requirement:** Arabic (fluent); English is an advantage **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and answering inquiries about menu items, specials, and promotions. * Accurately record food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen and barista stations. * Serve orders in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and temperature meet quality standards. * Monitor table conditions, refill beverages, and respond to guest requests proactively. * Process payments via cash, credit card, or mobile payment platforms, and issue accurate receipts. * Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any guest concerns professionally. * Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations as per Qatar Municipality standards. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a waitress or server in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting. * Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment, standing for extended periods. * Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Must hold a valid Qatari ID or transferable visa (NOC required). **Desired Attributes** * Warm, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service. * Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. * Team player with a positive, can\-do attitude. * Well\-groomed appearance consistent with brand standards.
