The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support business decisions, and lead accounting processes in a fast\-growing investment and corporate services environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. * Oversee financial reconciliations, audits, and reporting processes. * Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense controls. * Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls. * Coordinate with finance teams and external auditors. * Lead, train, and support accounting staff. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including management experience. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles. * Experience with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage. * Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٨٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
