Summary: Seeking an Analyzer Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process analyzers, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure equipment reliability. Highlights: 1. Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on process analyzers 2. Troubleshoot Process Gas Chromatographs and online analyzers 3. Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with teams Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of process analyzers and analyzer sample systems. * Troubleshoot and repair **Process Gas Chromatographs (FID/TC)** and online analyzers such as pH, conductivity, gas detectors, and dew point analyzers. * Maintain carrier/standard gas systems, sample valves, tubing, and associated equipment. * Carry out calibration, testing, programming, and commissioning of analyzers. * Read and interpret P\&IDs, loop, logic, and electrical drawings. * Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, and other technical documentation. * Follow manufacturer procedures, plant safety requirements, and approved maintenance practices. * Coordinate with Operations, Instrumentation, and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability. * Assist with general instrumentation maintenance and train/support junior technicians as required. Requirements * Diploma/Degree in **Electronics \& Instrumentation, Electronics \& Communication Engineering**, or relevant technical qualification. * **3–4 years of relevant maintenance experience**. * Experience in **Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Refinery, or Process Plants** preferred. * Good troubleshooting and calibration skills with process analyzers. * Ability to read technical drawings and use test/calibration equipment. * Good English communication skills. * Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
