Job Description We are looking for a talented and passionate **Pastry Chef / Bakery Chef** to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in producing high\-quality pastries, breads, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining international food safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities * Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery products. * Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items. * Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation. * Manage daily bakery production and inventory. * Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards. * Monitor ingredient quality and minimize waste. * Train and supervise bakery staff when required. Requirements * Minimum 8 **years of experience** as a Pastry Chef or Bakery Chef. * **GCC experience is required.** * Knowledge of artisan bread, laminated pastries, cakes, and desserts. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong understanding of HACCP and food hygiene standards. * Team player with a positive attitude.
