Requirements: * Valid **Qatar Driving License** (Mandatory) * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a Camp Boss in Qatar or the GCC * Strong knowledge of camp management and accommodation operations * Ability to supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and catering activities * Experience in handling employee accommodation, camp inspections, and daily operations * Good communication and leadership skills * Familiar with health, safety, and hygiene standards * Ability to manage camp records, occupancy, and staff welfare Responsibilities: * Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of company accommodation camps * Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of camp facilities * Coordinate accommodation allocation and employee movements * Supervise camp staff and service providers * Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements * Prepare daily and monthly camp reports * Coordinate maintenance requests and resolve camp\-related issues promptly **Location:** Qatar **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may send their CV along with a copy of their valid Qatar Driving License to **nssqaffco@gmail.com** to our recruitment team.
