Collaboration with project teams and site engineers Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Civil Draftsman** with strong experience in **fit\-out and construction projects**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience preparing **Shop Drawings and As\-Built Drawings** and be familiar with construction drawings, site requirements, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed **Shop Drawings** for civil and fit\-out works. * Prepare and update **As\-Built Drawings** based on actual site execution. * Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure proper coordination. * Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and other disciplines to resolve drawing\-related issues. * Modify drawings according to site conditions, design changes, and project requirements. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and approved standards. * Maintain proper records and revisions of drawings. * Support the project team with technical drawings and documentation as required. * Conduct site visits when necessary to verify actual dimensions and completed works. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting, or a related field**. * **3–5 years of relevant experience** as a Civil Draftsman. * Must have proven experience in **Fit\-Out and Construction Projects**. * Strong experience in **Shop Drawings and As\-Built Drawings** is required. * Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical drawings. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and relevant drafting software. * Ability to understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Good coordination and communication skills. * Qatar/GCC project experience is an advantage. * **Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.** Interested candidates who meet the above requirements can apply **directly through Indeed** or send their updated CV to: **hr\_gulfcraft@outlook.com** Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month Work Location: In person
