Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced kitchen team WE'RE HIRING: COMMIS 1 – TWISTED OLIVE, QATAR We are looking for a passionate and hardworking **Commis 1** **Experience working with international cuisine is preferred** to join our kitchen team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team with daily food preparation. * Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards. * Support cooking and plating during service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. * Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards. * Store and label food items properly and minimize wastage. * Work efficiently as part of a fast\-paced kitchen team. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a **Commis 1** or in a similar kitchen role. * **Experience working with international cuisine is preferred.** * Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. * Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. * Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
