The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to ensure the organization operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical business practices. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance policies and procedures. * Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. * Conduct regular compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments. * Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. * Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies, ethics, and regulatory obligations. * Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management. * Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations. * Collaborate with legal, finance, human resources, and operational teams to strengthen internal controls. * Assist with regulatory inspections and respond to inquiries from government authorities. * Stay informed about changes in legislation and recommend updates to company policies and procedures. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Analyst, Risk Officer, or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management principles. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Professional certifications in compliance, governance, or risk management are an advantage.
