Cultivate client/vendor relationships and ensure contract profitability **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end tender processes, including bid preparation, pricing strategy, and tender submissions. * Manage contract negotiations and oversee high\-value contracts to ensure timely execution and delivery. * Analyze market trends, develop forecasts, and apply data\-driven strategies to improve commercial performance. * Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives. * Ensure contract profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis. * Use tendering tools and contract management systems to support operations. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree and Masters with LLB or any Law based educational background. * 5–7 years of total experience and at least and 3\+ Years of managerial experience is required. * Procurement, tendering, contract management, and commercial roles. * Preferably within manpower services, staffing, or recruitment sectors. **Skills Required** : * Expertise in tendering tools and contract management systems * Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
