Influence culture and inspire regenerative change We're Hiring \| Creative \& Editorial Manager Heenat Salma – Doha, Qatar Heenat Salma is a regenerative farm and cultural destination in Qatar, reconnecting people with nature, food, architecture, craftsmanship and community. We're seeking an exceptional Creative \& Editorial Manager to lead our creative expression and editorial direction — shaping how Heenat Salma is experienced across photography, film, publications, exhibitions, digital platforms and campaigns. This is a leadership role for someone who believes storytelling can influence culture and inspire regenerative change. Role: Creative \& Editorial Manager Location: Doha, Qatar Type: Full\-Time \| Reports to GM What You'll Do: * Lead brand identity, editorial strategy \& creative direction across all touchpoints * Produce documentary photography, films \& build a visual archive * Oversee publications, journals \& multilingual (Arabic/English) content * Drive digital storytelling across web \& social platforms * Lead campaigns for Heenat Salma, Thamarat, Mashatel Salma, Dar Salma \& more * Manage creative budgets, agencies, freelancers \& production partners * Build partnerships with photographers, filmmakers, writers, artists \& institutions What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's/Master's in Design, Visual Communication, Journalism, Film, Architecture, Fine Arts or related field * Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience * Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative leadership * Excellent English; Arabic highly desirable * Background in editorial publishing, documentary film, luxury hospitality, museums, design studios or destination branding To Apply: Email: careers@caravane.earth WhatsApp Only: 66773942 Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
