Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the hotel Driver **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Company:** Plaza Inn Hotel **Employment Type:** Full\-Time Job Summary Plaza Inn Hotel is looking for a professional, courteous, and reliable Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for hotel guests. The successful candidate will ensure timely airport transfers, maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing the hotel. Key Responsibilities * Provide safe and timely transportation for hotel guests to and from the airport and other designated locations. * Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and assist with luggage during pick\-up and drop\-off. * Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well\-maintained, fueled, and ready for service. * Monitor flight schedules and coordinate airport pickups to ensure timely guest transfers. * Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and transportation schedules. * Report any vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, or incidents to the Transport In\-Charge immediately. * Communicate effectively with the Front Office and Transport Coordinator regarding guest arrivals and departures. * Follow hotel service standards and provide a positive guest experience at all times. * Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures. * Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management. Requirements * Valid Qatar Driving License. * Minimum **2 years of professional driving experience**, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. * Good knowledge of Doha roads and airport routes. * Good communication skills in English. * Customer\-focused with a friendly and professional attitude. * Well\-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry. * Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures. * Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
