Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection meetings Job description: **Position:** Electrical BIM Modeler Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain accurate **3D BIM models** for electrical systems based on approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Prepare detailed BIM models for **LV/MV electrical systems, lighting, power distribution, containment, earthing, and other electrical services**. * Produce electrical layouts, sections, details, and coordinated BIM drawings using **Revit MEP**. * Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes. * Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure model accuracy and completeness. * Participate in **BIM coordination and clash detection** meetings and implement required modifications. * Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and BIM deliverables in accordance with project standards and BIM execution requirements. * Ensure models comply with approved **LOD, BIM standards, naming conventions, and project procedures**. * Incorporate design changes, RFIs, and site requirements into the BIM model as instructed. * Coordinate with electrical engineers, BIM coordinators, quantity surveyors, and site teams to ensure accurate representation of electrical works. * Assist in extracting quantities, schedules, equipment information, and other required data from BIM models. * Maintain proper model version control and ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables. * Support the preparation of **as\-built BIM models** based on approved site information and redline drawings. * Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, applicable electrical codes, and company standards. Required Qualifications \& Skills * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electrical \& Electronics Engineering, or a related field**. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as an Electrical BIM Modeler, preferably in building construction or MEP projects. * Strong proficiency in **Autodesk Revit MEP** and AutoCAD. * Good understanding of electrical systems, including **power, lighting, cable containment, earthing, low\-current systems, and distribution systems**. * Experience in **BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary model coordination**. * Knowledge of **Navisworks and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)** is an advantage. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Good coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in GCC/Qatar projects and knowledge of applicable local standards is preferred. Pay: QAR10,000\.00 \- QAR12,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
