Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented Electronics Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic systems and equipment. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all devices operate safely and efficiently according to technical standards and company procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, test, maintain, and repair electronic equipment and systems. * Diagnose hardware and circuit faults using testing instruments and schematics. * Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. * Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and manuals. * Replace defective components such as boards, sensors, wiring, and connectors. * Document repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities accurately. * Support equipment calibration and quality checks. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Coordinate with engineers and operations teams on technical issues. * Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and workshop organization. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * 2–5 years of hands\-on experience in electronics repair or maintenance. * Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits. * Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. * Ability to solder and rework PCB components. * Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, or automation is an advantage. * Good problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Equipment uptime and repair turnaround time * First\-time fix rate * Preventive maintenance completion * Safety compliance * Documentation accuracy * Repeat fault reduction We'd love to hear from you!
