Responsibilities are typically split between **Hard Services** (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and **Soft Services** (cleaning, security, and waste management). Roles require managing vendor performance, enforcing EHS compliance, and executing preventive maintenance frameworks. Key Responsibilities * **Asset \& Maintenance Management:** Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime of building systems. * **Hard Services Oversight:** Ensure optimal operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, fire safety, and Building Management Systems (BMS). * **Soft Services Coordination:** Supervise daily cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and security operations to guarantee a safe, hygienic environment. * **Vendor \& Contract Management:** Oversee external contractors, evaluate service delivery, and handle Service Level Agreements * **Compliance \& Safety:** Enforce local Qatar regulations regarding Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and labor accommodation standards. تتضمن إدارة المرافق في قطر قيادة عمليات متكاملة للأصول المادية، مثل المباني والمخيمات ومواقع الشركات. وعادةً ما تُقسَّم المسؤوليات بين الخدمات التقنية (التي تشمل أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، والكهرباء، والسباكة) والخدمات المساندة (مثل النظافة، والأمن، وإدارة النفايات). وتتطلب هذه الأدوار إدارة أداء الموردين، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS)، وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية. المسؤوليات الرئيسية إدارة الأصول والصيانة: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الصيانة الوقائية والعلاجية لتقليل فترات توقف أنظمة المبنى عن العمل. الإشراف على الخدمات الفنية (Hard Services): ضمان التشغيل الأمثل للأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة السباكة (MEP)، وأنظمة السلامة من الحرائق، وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS). تنسيق الخدمات المساندة (Soft Services): الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للنظافة، وتنسيق الحدائق، ومكافحة الآفات، والأمن، لضمان توفير بيئة آمنة وصحية. إدارة الموردين والعقود: الإشراف على المقاولين الخارجيين، وتقييم مستوى الخدمات المقدمة، وإدارة اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs). الامتثال والسلامة: ضمان الالتزام باللوائح المحلية في قطر المتعلقة بالبيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) ومعايير سكن العمال.
