Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare molds and apply fiberglass layers, resins, and gel coats. * Cut, trim, and shape fiberglass materials according to specifications. * Roll and remove air bubbles to ensure proper lamination. * Inspect finished parts for quality, thickness, and surface defects. * Mix resins, catalysts, and other chemicals safely. * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area. * Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements. **Requirements** * 2–5 years of experience in fiberglass lamination or composite production. * Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions. * Knowledge of hand lay\-up, spray\-up, and finishing processes. * Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail. * Physically fit and able to lift materials as needed.
