The role includes supervising staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed. **Key Roles \& Responsibilities** * Supervise daily floor activities and ensure smooth operations. * Assign tasks and monitor staff performance during shifts. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the work area. * Support and guide team members in their daily duties. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. * Ensure service standards and company policies are followed at all times. * Assist in managing staff rotations and shift coverage. * Report operational issues, incidents, and daily updates to management. * Support training and onboarding of new staff when required. * Step in to assist operational staff during busy periods. * Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper stock control and timely replenishment of supplies. * Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
