We are looking for a creative, detail\-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer who can produce high\-quality visuals that help brands stand out. Salary \& Benefits * Competitive monthly salary: QAR 4,000 – 6,500 (based on experience) * Performance\-based incentives * Health insurance * Paid annual leave and public holidays * Career development and training opportunities * Professional and supportive work environment * Opportunity to work with diverse local and international clients Work Schedule * Full\-time position * 8\-hour shifts * 6 days per week * Occasional overtime during campaign deadlines Key Responsibilities * Create engaging designs for digital and print materials * Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing assets * Develop branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, and presentations * Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver campaign visuals * Edit and enhance images, graphics, and layouts * Ensure all designs align with client requirements and brand identity * Prepare final artwork for print production and digital publishing * Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines * Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices Skills * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Strong visual design and layout skills * Knowledge of branding and marketing design * Social media content design experience * Typography, color theory, and composition understanding * Attention to detail and creativity * Time management and multitasking abilities * Communication and teamwork skills * Basic video editing skills are a plus * Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred * Previous experience in graphic design, advertising, or creative agency work preferred * Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required * Strong understanding of digital and print production processes * Ability to handle feedback professionally and revise designs accordingly * Willingness to work in a fast\-paced creative environment About the Company Yildiz Agency Qatar is a growing creative and marketing agency that helps businesses build strong brands through innovative design and strategic marketing solutions.
