Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamentals critical to success (ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional). Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 50 pounds without assistance).
