They are empowered to move freely within their area and take initiative to complete what needs to be done. Whether responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or performing other similar housekeeping duties, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that hotel spaces contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
