Develop and maintain HSE policies in line with regulations We are seeking a skilled and experienced **HSE Officer** to oversee and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of health and safety among our workforce. As an integral member of our team, you will help drive improvements in safety practices, minimize risks, and enhance environmental stewardship. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations. * Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and risks. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to address safety concerns, implement corrective actions, and enhance operational safety. * Deliver HSE training programs and awareness sessions to promote a culture of safety across all levels of the organization. * Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, generating reports and suggesting areas for improvement. * Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve the organization's HSE programs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health \& Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the \[insert industry]. * In\-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA). * Proficiency in managing risk assessment processes and administering HSE procedures. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams. * Certification in HSE (e.g., **CSP**, **CIH**, **NEBOSH**) is required. * Can join immediately * **Must be locally available in Qatar** with a valid QID and a transferrable visa with NOC Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join immediately?
