The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timekeeping, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate manpower records to ensure smooth site operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and record daily employee attendance across multiple construction sites * Maintain accurate timekeeping records, including working hours, overtime, and absences * Prepare and update daily manpower reports for site management * Coordinate with site supervisors to verify attendance and workforce allocation * Ensure all records are up\-to\-date and aligned with company policies * Assist in resolving discrepancies in attendance or time sheets * Support HR team with administrative tasks and documentation as needed **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * Proven experience in an HR or administrative role (construction industry experience is an advantage) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic HR systems * Ability to handle multiple site reports and meet daily deadlines * Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with site teams * High level of accuracy and integrity in handling employee data Job Type: Full\-time Education: * Bachelor's (Required)
