**Key Responsibilities**
* **Stock Management:** Monitor stock levels daily, ensuring adequate inventory to fulfill store sales and operational needs.
* **Inventory Auditing:** Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories, reconciling real\-time quantities with warehouse management systems.
* **Discrepancy Resolution:** Investigate stock variances, damaged goods, and losses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions with management approvals.
* **Replenishment:** Analyze sales trends and lead times to generate accurate purchase orders and manage reorder points.
* **Data \& Reporting:** Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory platform and generate inventory valuation reports for management.
**Core Requirements**
* **Software Proficiency:** Strong working knowledge of inventory software, barcode scanning technologies, and Microsoft Excel.
* **Analytical Skills:** Ability to forecast demand, identify trends, and analyze supply chain data.
* **Attention to Detail:** High degree of accuracy in recording, counting, and organizing goods.
* **Communication:** Ability to collaborate effectively with procurement team, store staffs and warehouse staff.
**Education \& Experience**
* **Education:** A diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration is preferred, though equivalent hands\-on experience is highly valued.
* **Experience:** 1–3 years of previous experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or supply chain logistics.
**Note:** Candidate should be available for interview in Qatar and below age 35\.
Pay: From QAR3,800\.00 per month
